Return and Exchange Policy

Airmada Drying Solutions will accept returns and exchanges of stocked items for up to 90 days from the date of shipment. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and will undergo inspection upon receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Airmada and for shipping charges on all replacement items.

If the customer receives defective items, Airmada will pay for return shipping of such items and outgoing shipping for replacement materials.

All sales of custom items, including custom finishes and AirPocket Doors, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
